Siam Guardian Glass II at Nong Khae, Saraburi, Thailand -1992 Construction of 41,000 m2 of manufacturing building including related services and facilities. Buildings comprise concrete foundations/slab, steel structure frame (approx. 3,000 tons) with metal cladding.

Pulp & Paper Mill at Srimahaphot, Prachinburi, Thailand - 1992 New paper mill & warehouse 60,000m2, wood chip mill yard 26,000 m2, pulp mill 8,000 m2, boilers 3,700 m2, office/workshop/canteen 11,000 m2.

Glass Manufacturing Furnace VI at Pathumthani, Thailand -1994 New furnace building R.C. & structural steelworks with full M&E for existing glass production factory originally built by Christiani & Nielsen ( Thai ).

 

General Motors Automotive Plant Construct motor vehicle assembly plant, 15 buildings 60,000m2 floor area; 146,107m2 roofing and cladding; M&E installation; 76,100m2 concrete roads; 25,500m2 asphalt roads; 8,850 lin. m. stormwater drainage; 2,620 lin m. perimeter fencing; 5,057 No. 400mm square precast piles; 798 No. 600mm dia. spun concrete piles; 13,126m3 concrete foundations; 536,977m3 excavation and cut; 448,000m2 fill

 

	Office/Hotel/Institutional Buildings

Siam Park Plaza Phase II & III at Rachayothin, Bangkok - 1995 Construction of 4 No. buildings, of 26, 21, 17 and 6-storeys. Gross area of 192,000 m2 & 10,500 m2 of retail & restaurant facilities on a 38,500 m2 site. Underground car parking for 1,600 cars is provided in 4 levels .

Baan Piyasathorn Condominium at Bangkok, Thailand, 1995-1997 35 storey Serviced Apartments with 4 storey car park and with a total floor area of 40,000 m2.

Beaufort Sukhothai Hotel at Bangkok, Thailand - 1991 Construction of 5 star hotel with 5 and 9-storey buildings, 227 guest rooms including conference/ball room, restaurant, public facilities, kitchen, swimming pool and associated external works

	Roads Projects

A477 Trunk Road Improvement at Dyfed - 1995 N7.7 km single and twin carriageway trunk road; steel railway bridge; concrete arch; concrete arch; 60 m long 3 span voided deck concrete bridge; a pedestrian underpass. Precast reinforced concrete arch unit culvert, 100 m long x 9 m wide at base and 4 m high. The earthworks involved 1,200 cu.m of excavation in rock, 1,000,000 m3. of fill, and 4,000 lin.m. of rock anchors.

Border Stations at Saudi Arabia-Bahrain Causeway - 1995 Project supervision of construction of buildings, roads and of the technical installations, approval of the contractors design calculations, detailed drawings and proposed material for both civil works and technical installations formed.

Lampang-Lamphun, Route No. 11 Thailand 1999 - 2000 Construction of 10.1 Kilometers four lane concrete highway.

	Bridges

Lowry Centre Footbridge at England - 1998 Construction of 92m single span, 22m vertical lift footbridge, hydraulically driven, across the Manchester Ship Canal.

Faroe Bridges at Zealand-Falster, Denmark - 1985 Responsible for preliminary studies, preparation of tender design and specifications, and detailed design of the substructure and the site supervision during construction. Project comprises two separate bridges, a low-level bridge 1596 m long between Zealand and Faroe, and a high-level bridge, 1726 m long, between Faroe and Falster.

	Marine Projects

at England - 1998 On site earthworks 700,000m3 including selective excavation and grading, including breaking out 70,000 m3 old concrete substructure which was processed by munching, crushing and screening to produce reusable fill. The site is for a new industrial park.

Thai Aromatics Marine Jetty, Thailand Design & construct breasting island for 800 tonne dwt tanker, with 4 mooring dolphins, 2 breasting dolphins connected by trestle walkway concrete structure supported by tubular steel piles. Subsea pipeline comprising 4 x 10" dia. pipes 850m long including submarine electric and fibre optic cables.

Immersed Cable Tunnel Pulau Seraya at Singapore/Malaysia - 1986 2.6 km long rectangular concrete tunnel with a cross-section of 3.68 m x 6.50 m constructed in accordance with the immersed tunnel methods. Terminal buildings containing switch gear, ventilation and control equipment and offices placed at each end of the tunnel.

Port Expansion at West Port, Phase II, III at Pulau Lumut, Malaysia - 1995 Design & construct expansion of the port with 1,200 m of additional wharf providing 6 new berths for Panamax container ships. The berths consist of 65 m wide platform quays on piles connected to the shore by 6 access bridges.

	General Projects

Asian Games - Main Stadium & Aquatic Centre at Thailand - 1998 Design & construct main 20,000 seat Athletics Stadium , back-of-house facilities including F.F. & E, M & E, scoreboard, lighting, audio etc. Aquatic Centre with 6,000 seats Olympic Competition Pool 50x25x3.0m; Diving Pool 33x25x5.0m; Warm-up/Water Polo Pool 50x25x2.0m. Back of house facilities, M & E, scoreboard, audio, etc. Works include 96,000 m2 pedestrian plaza, roads, car park, waste water treatment.

350,000sq.m Retail Complex 350,000 m2 shopping and commercial centre with a one-level basement. Works include two 6-level car parks each with a one-level basement, 1.4 kms of perimeter road, internal and external landscaping, a theme park, and 6,000 m2 of tensioned membrane roof.
